Deep Tissue Massage

  • 60 minutes - $115

  • 90 minutes - $160

  • 120 minutes - $205

Deep Tissue Massage (DTM)  is used to provide a more therapeutic effect by massaging all layers from superficial (closer to the skin) to deep (closer to the bone). It relaxes the muscles, rids them of built-up metabolic waste, and helps release adhesions between muscles and connective tissues. It can also be useful in preventing scar tissue build up from injuries to muscles and connective tissues. DTM is a highly effective method for releasing chronic stress areas due to misalignment, repetitive motions, and past lingering injuries.

Swedish Massage

  • 60 minutes - $105 (full body)

  • 90 minutes - $145 (full body)

Swedish massage (SWT) is the relaxing, stress-reducing type of massage most people think about when they want a massage. Swedish massage combines oils or lotions with an array of strokes -- gliding, kneading, and percussive strokes, as well as, stretching, joint movement, gentle shaking, and rocking. Swedish massage is usually a full-body massage, but can I focus on one area of your body, such as the back or shoulders.

Myofascial Release

  • 60 minutes - $125 (single area)

  • 90 minutes - $175(two areas)

  • 120 minutes - $225 (full body)

Myofascial release (MFR) is a form of soft tissue therapy intended to eliminate pain, increase range of motion, and rebalance the entire body. It does this by using massage techniques to stretch the fascia and release the bonds that exist between the fascia, muscles and bones. Fascia is the connective tissue that connects and covers all muscles, organs, and skeletal structures of the body. Indirect release applies light pressure and gently stretches the fascia; this allows for increased blood circulation and relief from pain.

Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD)

  • 60 minutes -   $125

For clients with acute or chronic lymphatic drainage (lymphedema  or lipedema) diagnosis
